Through this program, the SAE provides both recognition and networking opportunities and allows advisors to participate in SAE events and discussion
forums. Faculty advisors have a chance to get involved with their local SAE professional sections, to provide students with a link and networking opportunity
with engineers already in their careers. Through this program, faculty advisors can help their students to learn more about career resources.
Faculty also have the opportunity to network with mobility professionals within SAE's industries. Faculty can enhance their resume by becoming an author
of technical papers, assisting in writing standards, and/or by becoming a presenter.
